Each year the Award of Excellence honours employees who exemplify, reinforce and promote our core values: Respect, Commitment, Teamwork,  Communication and Learning.

The Award of Excellence recognizes all employees who have made outstanding contributions to the organization's operational success or who have shown  innovation in the delivery and quality of care, education
or service to residents and clients in the past year.

Annual award winners are presented with a commemorative plaque and a $1,000 monetary gift. In addition, a donation of $500 is made in each recipient’s name to a registered charity of his or her choice
